Contribution of Financial Services Quality on Financial Performance of Banking Sector in Rwanda: A Case of Bank of Kigali Limited (BK)

The study examined the contribution of financial services quality on performance banking sector taking Bank Kigali (BK), Rwanda. Specifically, this assessed effects saving Limited-Rwanda, ascertained loan Limited-Rwanda and analyzed e-banking service Limited-Rwanda. research used a cross-sectional design using both qualitative quantitative approaches. target population was 320 staff members clients bank operating in City Kigali. sample size 178 respondents determined Slovene formula. Simple random sampling technique for selection. findings revealed there is positive relationship between as indicated market share (r=.759, p =.000), increase return investment (r=.401, p= .000); earnings per (.702**; p=.000) customer retention (r=.708**, p=.000).
